All items are in stock and available for same-day shipping. You will be notified of the estimated dispatch date for your package when you place your order.
During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method. The available shipping options will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.
Depending on your delivery address and the items you are purchasing, there may be cases where there are no available shipping options to choose from.
The checkout page will always clearly display the available shipping options for you.
Tracked Shipping
All orders come with tracking. Your tracking number will be provided in the dispatch email once your order has been shipped.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders. However, we do accept refund requests with valid reasons. If you encounter an issue with your order and wish to request a refund, please provide your order number and reason for the refund, and email us at kamaowlserve@gmail.com. Additionally, please initiate the refund request through your personal order page and await customer service review.
Please note that orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
