The M-shaped ankle binding and the M-shaped ankle binding using SM props are different. The M-shaped ankle binding with ropes restricts the entire body's movement.
Additionally, back hand binding is a prerequisite for M-shaped open foot binding, so it should be performed first. Including the back hand binding, a total of four ropes are needed.
1. Wrap a rope around the thighs near the knees 2-3 times and secure it. The method is the same as binding the wrists and ankles, ensuring knots are avoided.
2. Tie the rope extending from the thighs to the rope that secures the arms and chest.
3. Wrap the rope around the thigh as shown in the diagram and secure it. To avoid tightness, you can wrap it twice.
4. Pass the remaining rope through the initial rope around the thigh, then tie it to the rope connecting the chest and arms.
5. Wrap the remaining rope around the thighs and body, and secure it. Similar to the back hand binding, ensure the rope does not get tangled or tightened excessively.
6. Use the same method to bind the left and right thighs, and the binding is complete.
