Back hand binding

is the most popular form of binding, which is easy to master and can also be used in combination with other binding methods.
Back hand binding requires a total of 2 ropes.

1. Place your hands behind your back and lean together like your left and right hands grabbing each other's forearms.

2. Similar to the basic binding method, wrap the wrist 2-3 times with a rope.

3. Similar to the basic binding method, thread the rope through the inner side of the wrist to prevent knots.

4. Secure twice to prevent loosening.

5. Pull the remaining rope upwards and wrap it around the top of the chest. If the flexibility of the arm is not good, do not force it upwards. You can wrap it from the right side as shown in the picture, or from the left side if left-handed.

6. Pull the rope wrapped above the chest back to the back and wrap it again to the front, but this time it needs to be wrapped from below the chest.

7. Hook the rope that has been wound back onto the rope that supports the wrist in the center again.

8. Tie the hooked rope and the central rope together. This way, the back binding is basically completed.

9.If you feel uncomfortable with the remaining rope, you can wrap it around the rope that supports your wrist.

10. Then use the second rope and connect it to the rope supporting the wrist as shown in the diagram. For ease of understanding, the connection position in the diagram is relatively lower, but in practice, it is better to be slightly higher.

11. Use this new rope to pass through your armpit and tighten the rope that is wrapped under your chest. This rope is also known as a "tie" or "twisted rope".

12. Use the wrapped rope to also hold the other side.

13. Fix the rope that has been wound back onto the wrist support rope.

14. Wrap the remaining rope from the shoulder to the chest, so that the binding force is sufficient. Use the remaining rope to wrap around the chest to showcase the beauty of women's breasts.

15. Thread the rope through the rope below the chest and then wrap it back behind the back.

16. Tie the rope that wraps around the back together at the back.

17. Use the remaining rope to wrap the shoulder rope beautifully. This is not only for the sake of appearance, but also to prevent unnecessary ropes from getting in the way. In addition, if the ropes are tied too tightly, it will take a lot of effort to untie them.

18. Complete.

19. It can also be used in combination with strand ropes.
